Hummus

Here is our way of making hummus

Ingredients
chickpeas 300 g
Tahin 100 g
Garlic 5 cloves
Lemon juice from one lemon

Procedure
Soak the chickpeas in water for 8 hours
Boil them for min 1½ h
Grind them (a blender can be used) together with the garlic cloves
Mix with Tahin
Add lemon juice
Taste it and add more garlic and or lemon juice to your taste
Serve cold
